-restore with :iPhone2,1_4.1_8B117_Custom_Restore_iPhone_Blogr_2
-wait o finish ( few minutes) !
-enjoy you 3gs is working fine ,just unlock it using cydia !

How to Downgrade iPhone 3GS 3.1 to iPhone 3GS 3.0

If you are on Windows Vista or Windows 7 you will need to run Notepad as Administrator and then locate the hosts file and edit it. Then move on to step 4.

1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard or go to Run.
