Hardreset O2 Graphite

Before you do hardreset be sure you backup first
1. turn off the phone, casual ago attach the battery again
2. press and hold the button joystik navigation to the top, and press the power on at the same3. flame phone and ask "their default phone", and press yes to do so.
3. phone will restart and install some of the components required. let the process run its own course to complete
