1. Before Hard Reset, Backup data first because you go after Hard Reset all your data will be lost.
2. Remove Battre then install again, make sure the contents batre must be above 50%
3. Input SD Card or Dummy
4. Press Green + Red key + Camera + Power together and hold out until the Update Utility
5. Utility immediately after the exit pin Reset button on the right side of the bottom using the stylus.
6. Then Press the button again Cameras + Windows + OK unison until a Disk Format
Loading process is completed and Hard Reset
